许勤华

    许勤华，1970年生于浙江杭州。先后毕业于北京外国语大学和中国人民大学，2006年获法学博士学位，期间曾为捷克布拉格经济大学世界经济专业博士研修生、中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所和美国丹佛大学访问学者，现为中国人民大学国际关系学院俄罗斯东欧中亚研究所及国际能源战略研究中心副教授。研究领域涉及国际关系理论、国际能源问题及中亚区域（主要为中亚5国，还涉及中国新疆地区、蒙古、阿富汗、印度）研究，目前主要研究兴趣是中国对外经济关系和中亚能源。著作有《新地缘政治：中亚能源与中国》、《当代中亚概况：民族、宗教、能源》、《东欧及独联体国家经济转轨的比较研究》、《当代中东政治制度》等，并在《世界经济与政治》、《俄罗斯中亚东欧研究》、《中国人民大学学报》（英文刊）、《光明日报》、《人民日报》、Europe-Asia Studies 和Himalayan and Central Asian Studies等国内外期刊和报刊上发表学术论文及国际评论40余篇。主持和参与国家及省、部级科研项目10多项。北京市哲学社会科学“十五”重点规划项目《中国周边安全环境评估》研究过程中，通过实地考察，完成《评跨国民族对中国边疆地区安全的影响：以“新疆阿勒泰地区哈萨克族”为例》和《评中亚里海跨国公司对中国石油安全的影响》论文两篇。现主持在研项目《战略合作目标区中亚能源国投资环境研究》和《俄罗斯、中亚国家能源政策比较研究及中国的战略对应》2项。

Xu Qinhua, PhD, research fellow of Centre for International Energy Security, associate professor of School of International Studies , Renmin University of China. Her major research fields include international relation theories, global energy issues and Central Asia regional studies. She is the author of the book New Geopolitics: Central Asia Energy and China, the chief editor of the book Contemporary Central Asia : Nationality, Religion and Energy and co-author of the books Contemporary Middle East Political Regime and Comparative Studies on Eastern European and CIS Countries’ Economic Transformation. She has also published more than 40 articles and international comments on both Chinese and foreign journals and newspapers, who has presided and taken part in 12 national research projects.
