On December 25th, Professor Jaeho Hwang, the director of Institute for Global Strategy and Cooperation and professor of Division of International Studies, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in Seoul, Korea, visited the School of International Studies at Renmin University of China. He engaged in discussions with Deputy Dean Li Chen and Associate Professor Ji Xianbai from Renmin University’s School of International Studies.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on the development of China-South Korea relations and bilateral cooperation. They reached preliminary consensus on key areas such as promoting youth and cultural exchanges, facilitating joint academic seminars among scholars, and enhancing collaboration between think tanks. Additionally, they explored the possibility of regularized exchange, aiming to contribute academic strength to the advancement of China-South Korea relations.
